Sustainable Christmas Trees

Buy a Real Christmas Tree and Support the Environment!
We are passionate about what we do, and we love that our real Christmas tree plantations support the environment.
You may like to know that Christmas trees are a crop just like wheat and barley. The average Christmas tree takes 7 to 10 years to reach maturity and during that time they help the planet - they absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, reducing global warming. For every mature tree that is cut down, at least two new seedlings will be planted in its place. So buying a Christmas tree from us means there will be more trees alive, not less. It is assuring to know that all our home grown Christmas trees are grown in accordance to the strict UK argricultural guidelines to avoid any environmental or water pollution. So you can be sure the planet is not be harmed.
To play your part we recommend that you recycle your Christmas tree or let us arrange it for you.BuyaTree is a carbon positive company as our products absorb carbon while they are growing in the plantation. Even at our busiest time of year we are carbon neutral as any emissions from our transportation vehicles is offset by the carbon absorbed by our trees that are growing for future years. So by buying from us you are helping the environment.
Buyatree uses LPG and diesel vehicles instead of petrol vehicles and is hoping to be able to use electric vehicles in the future to further reduce emissions. Another way of helping the environment
At Buyatree we love animals and the Christmas tree forests provide a great haven for wildlife to flourish on land that is not suitable for any other sort of agricultural use. The trees are felled at a time of year when the wildlife have made their home elsewhere for the duration of the harsh winter.
