Not happy with your Christmas tree? We'll replace it!
If you are not delighted with your Christmas tree or any of our products we'll replace it* - just tell us on delivery.
- Personally Selected Christmas Trees - every Christmas tree that is sent out to our customers is personally selected to ensure it meets the top quality standard.
- Fresh Christmas Trees - all our Christmas trees are fresh from the farm, and whilst in our yard are watered daily to ensure they are in perfect shape for you.
- Clean Christmas Trees - we ensure any mud from the farm is washed off our Christmas trees before being sent out.
If there’s something wrong with your order please tell us immediately and we'll replace it* no questions asked.
For London Deliveries please tell the driver, he should have spare Christmas trees in the van and can find you a more suitable Christmas tree if you are not happy.
For Nationwide Deliveries please contact us immediately so we can arrange a prompt replacement
Once you have happily received your Christmas tree please look after it properly, as we cannot be held responsible for Christmas trees perishing under your care.
